    Hi,

I upgraded my Dell Latitude D610 this past February with a 250 gig drive that I bought through the Dell Store. The drive has slowed down drastically, and is failing many of the tests in Dell Diagnostics. Dell refused to replace it because it was past 30 or 90 days (two Dell tech support reps gave me two different time periods). Told me to contact CMS. CMS is an absolute nightmare when it comes to customer support. I have emailed them several times and I have called them numerous times leaving messages with customer support and with other departments there. When they finally emailed back to me, they gave me an incident number that I was supposed to call back to another extension or email back to them. I did that and called back several times again. No luck. Any ideas?

I am never again buying a CMS drive nor am I upgrading through Dell.
