Just backed everything up and created a system restore on a external HDD but I want to make use of all my storage and just have one storage space.
Any suggestions or programs that will make it one?

Windows Vista/7 has built in partition software that will work fine in most cases, it can create & delete partitions, it cant "move" them though.

Some better tools are GParted, and Partition Magic.

I like to do things like this outside of the windows environment so I use a boot disk.

This one is great - Ultimate Boot CD - Overview

For partition managment it has all of these on it:

    Cute Partition Manager 0.9.8 Freeware
    FIPS 2.0 GPL
    Free FDISK 1.3.1 GPL
GParted 0.5.2 GPL Included in Parted Magic.
    Partition Resizer 1.3.4 Freeware
    Partition Saving 3.80 Freeware
    PTDD Super Fdisk 1.0 Freeware
Ranish Partition Manager 2.40 Freeware Using stable version because V2.44 is beta and reported to be buggy.
    SPFDISK 2000-03t Freeware
    XFDISK 0.9.3 beta Freeware

    +1. UBDC rocks!

I've got mine set to boot from a USB flash drive, since I don't have an internal ODD anymore.
