    I want to configure the 6x to more than what it is but no matter what I try I did not hit what I want.

    Enlighten please.

    For the sake of stability you cannot change that, and you shouldn't as it won't affect the performance of your computer in any way.

    'Startup' is only before Windows or what ever operating system loads.

    In the profiles tab, select "Startup"
    and set it to "Maximal Performance"

    In the maximum performance sub tab, click the "Use P-State Transistors" and only click the highest multiplier
