Hearing about the poor quality of Samsung LCDs in M1530, I'm really curious about how I may recognize my LCD brand?
Is it possible through service tag?

just take a look in the system setting / hardware manager. the lcd screen is listed there. take a closer look at the id of the screen, most likely there will be a 3 letter code for the manufacturer.

if you don´t want to search and make guesses, you could install everest. it´s trialware, and lets you look deep into your system. you will see the manufacturer listed there also. you will find the software here
