It's hard for me to see the traced on the core. The pair of pads you boxed on the left looks like what unlocked gk104.
Is that card 128 bit? Doing the unlock will unlock the memory, so if the card is 64 bit, it will be trying to access 64 an additional bits of RAM that does not exist.
Yes it is already 128-bit ddr3. i have 2 identical cards they are k420 2gb. 192core 16rop 16texture.
the first one mounts gk107-301-a2
the second gk107-851-a2
the chips appear identical.
i was looking for photos of gt640 gk107-300-a2 unlocked chip to make comparisons ..
I have seen that there are also gt 630 with 384core unlocked
