Hello guys, I have problem here with an aspire 4920 notebook. The CMOS security password was accidentally changed, and now when I try to boot up a prompt for hardisk password appears and I can't get in. i know usually there is CMOS battery (Desktop) that we can unplug to reset the password. But I'm not sure where is the CMOS battery for Aspire 4920. Is there anybody out there could help me?

You can contact Acer, and prove to them that the laptop is yours, and they will definitely help you reset the CMOS, even if the notebook is not covered under warranty.
