    How to reuse Laptop LCD

    Hi ,

    I have sony viao laptop. Its stopped functioning but its LCD screen and ram are fine.

    I want to reuse the sony LCD with my desktop. IS there any way I can interface LCD display for desktop PC.

    Kindly help or point me links where I can get good information.

    It has completely different cables, so you may want to research on it.

    You can probably sell it on eBay as well.

    You can do it - you have to get a special kind of PCI or PCIe graphcis card for your desktop and then some extension cables for your laptop and connect them up. Simple! Someone on EBay should have the stuff.
