My laptop has 1280x800 screen res but every time I start it up its set at 1024x768, even though it shut down at 1280x800. How do I set it up so that 1280x800 is the default setting?

    Thanks for any help :D

you could download reschange from 12noon.com and create a shortcut to the program in your startup folder and in 'target:'(right-click the shortcut and click properties) use something like

    "c:\xx\reschange.exe" -width=1280 -height=800
