    I've been really stupid... Somehow I've managed to get a pretty big scratch on my Lenovo LCD screen. It's approx. 2.5 inches long and lightly curved.

    Anyway... It's not that visible but when you now it's there you'll notice. But you can feel it with your finger...

    Anyway, is there anyway to remove it or at least make it less visible ?

    @iGrim
    Are you just trolling?
    If you know something you want to share then do it.
    Answering a question of someone who is in trouble like that is bad taste imo.

    iGrim tends to troll a lot and post largely useless, smart@$$ remarks when replying to anything outside of his widescreen display HATE thread.

    There are solutions you can buy that will fill in the scratch.

    iGrim is one of the many trolls here in NBR, so no surprise here.

    But with the scratches, have you tried using buffer cloth? The one they use in CD/DVD cleaning contraptions? CDs and DVDs kinda have the same clear plastic underneath, and you might just have to buff the scratch away. Don't use the semi-abrasive thing that you use for the CD before the buffing cloth, though.

    Thanks guys... I think I will have to read some more on how to remove scratches or at least make them less visible before I try any methods.

    Do NOT try to buff the scratch out!!! You will be left with a dull area where the scratch was. You need to fill it in with clear scratch filler. There is no other way.

    Cool! Very helpful guide you gave us there. I like the Pencil Eraser Method.
    Thanks for giving us the link usapatriot!

    It is not fair for all of you to critise iGrim... he helps quite a lot sometimes and you calling him a troll makes u no better than him... yes he is irritating sometimes and i have had disagreements with him, but he's outspoken and in a way he knows a lot.. certainly more than some of u and me...
