It really depends on what your are going to use it for. But in general, to me it seems like a good second laptop or pc. However, if you are just using it for the web and office and that kind of stuff, rub off what I said before, because its OK. Though it is kind of small for a main laptop.

I looked it up and nice, leather? Every criticism I have of it is explained away buy it's size. Slow CPU, IGP. I did not price it but would guess not cheap. It is what it is, for me I would never buy but if it's that is what you want I say go for it.

This would be a relatively old machine. I assume your buying because it's heavily discounted as it's discontinued or buying it used? If you're looking for a new ultraportable under the Asus brand I suggest looking at the U6S/E series or the U2E. The difference between the 2 are the screen sizes, one is slightly larger at 12 " whereas the U2E is 11.1" which is almost the same size as the S6F and with leather accents as well.

To be honest, the notebook will be powerful as a personal computer. The only thing it doesn't have is a dedicated graphic card, so in other words it will pretty much handle any type of software you can throw at it except for heavy gaming.
