Okay so first of all what's the difference with this HyperX that is supposed to be "tweaked" for SB processors and boards with a regular HyperX 1600? And my next question is would it run on 1600 with a 2630QM? My laptop is an Alienware M14x btw. Thanks!!

    Search much?

HyperX will run at the speed printed on the memory in a Sandybridge system. So, your laptop, though only officially supporting 1333, will run at 1600 or 1866 if you buy HyperX memory.

Is it possible to achieve higher frequencies like say a 1600 HyperX clocked to 1866 by changing timings etc? Never tried hyperX ram or any high-performance ram for the matter so sorry if my questions are basic to you guys.

It would depend if you had those options in the bios.
