    Hello I bought a GT70 0NC-008US in XOTIC-PC the problem is that I can’t install my ssd in a port-1 SATA 3 6G/S

    The pc only has
Port 1=HDD Bay (up left) SATA 3 6G/S
Port 4=HDD Bay (Down in the center) SATA 2 3G/S
    [IMG]
First I install my SSD in a port 4 because I thought that both bay was a SATA 3 6G/S and WIN7 work perfectly until I discovered that this port are SATA 2 3G/S I continued and install all drivers and tried to change my SSD to port1 and fail infinite loop black windows, disk error etc….

Then I read a lot in forums and try with many solution
1-Update my bios- MSI Global - Computer, Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, Mainboard, Graphics and more
    [IMG]
    E1762IMS.10M.zip
2-Set my bios in AHCI mode
    [IMG]
2-Check my SSD and is update Corsair firmware 5.03
    [IMG]
    3-Using DISKPART in cmd
    • Diskpart
    • List disk
    • Select disk 0
    • Clean
    • Create partition primary align=1024
    • Format fs=ntfs quick label=”Win7”
    • Active
    • Exit
    • Bootrec /fixmbr
    • Bootrec/fixboot
    • Bootrec /rescanos
    [IMG] [IMG]
4-Install SATA AHCI controller using load drivers during win7 install
    [IMG]
    Then try installing
SATA AHCI controller and HM77 Chipset controller and USB 3.0 controller.
But the same result at first install boot infinite black windows or the SSD disappear or error to read disk

    I tried with two win7
    1-Restore disk from XOTIC-PC
    2-From MSI http://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article/...recovery-fails
In this forum I find the same problem
Laptop Forums and Notebook Computer Discussion
And the owner was resigned to use a slow port
    I tried disable my devices
Failed to install Windows 7 Ultimate on SATA3 system
This problem is very common but the solution is difficult to find

I spend 1450usd in Laptop 185usd in SSD around 48 hour and I can’t use my SATA 3 6G/S port

    Please someone know the solution?
