Okay so I am buying a Lenovo Thinkpad T61p and only purchasing it with1GB of RAM because of how overpirced it is (thanks to all who saved me from wasting $400) and am going to upgrade to 4GB.
Which of these will work the best and be the fastest

#2, though I do find it funny that you "save" $5, but it's also the only one without "FREE" shipping, adding $4.99.

HAs anyone used G-Skill because I have never heard of it?

They make make notebook RAM with "heat spreaders" I don't know if I should laugh or cry? But I have not used it, but my opinion is it does not matter the actual DRAM comes from 1 of 4 or 5 MFG's and making PCB's isn't exactly rocket science so brand difference is insignificant, cheapest lifetime warranty is the best. Oh and Intel had to get out of the RAM market in the past so the heard has been thinned and all that have survived are good. And you still buy CPU's from them so do the math.

Not sure what #2 is (Left to right I see Corsair which I usually like for desktopsbut wouldn't chose here) I'd pick the Gskill for the lower latency. All other things being equal the lower latency will help in certain situations.
Gskill is pretty reliable.
Personally I went through Kingston, Patriot, Corsair, Micron and OCZ on the way to the Mushkin PC6400 I use now. I found them all to be wicked in memtest, but a BIOS bug gave me the nice opportunity to try all these modules at increasingly higher prices finally special ordering online (actually for less than the Micron & Kingston for higher spec but $20 air shipping).
Memory when above the 'value' lines is usually of similar solid quality and comes down to specs. Sometimes you get bum sticks, but get matched pairs and you should be good most of the time. Also if you get issues, check to see if it isn't something like the BIOS like ist was for me.
If I were buying now, out of those options I'd buy the Gskill personally. -
Lower latencies on notebooks will not matter unless your bios allows you to tune the memory timings manually. Most don't.
All of these kits are going to be so close in performance you would have to benchmark until your eyes bleed to find the differences. Buy the brand you are most comfortable with.
