I cant get Svideo to RCA cable to work on my PC to TV.

I want to watch TV on my computer, so i got this wire: http://ep.yimg.com/ip/I/videoware_2059_7078636

Now when i plug the AUDIO Jack + SVIDEO Jack in Computer, and the RCA into the TV. I can only hear the NOICE from TV and no Video is coming up.

I have an NVIDIA Graphics Card (GeForce 440 GO 64MB)

There is no OPTION for CLONE in NVIDIA settings.

NOTE: When i use a simple SVIDEO wire, i can get the CLONE settings to show up in NVIDIA settings, but when i use this wire, it does not detect my TV and therefore there is no CLONE Option.

    Please help.
