I just ordered a gaming laptop and settled for an anti-glare 1280x800 resolution screen. Will this ruin the experience? I don't have experience with this resolution.

No, but to give any input what are you used to, what GPU, do want to play at native resolution.

What size screens + resolutions do you have experience with then? Many people like WXGA.

Lots of gamers like the 1280x800 because with that few pixels, the frame rates can be the highest - so I dont think you will be dissappointed

I chose 1680x1050 for my 15" screen, and Im worried that I got a too-high resolution, lol. Everyone is 2nd guessing themselves while they wait.
