I want to update my memory and video card and found these from http://www.just4deal.com:
$20 off $100 (Exp 09/05) using PayPal to pay and apply promo code Paypal20 at checkout

    --Patriot eXtreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 Desktop Memory $109.99 - $40 rebate (Exp 08/16) - $20 off = $49.99 + $4.99 shipping

    --EVGA GeForce 8600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card $114.99 - $15 rebate (Exp 08/30) - $20 off = $79.99 + $5.84 shipping

Are the price good or not? Any respond is appreciated

Those two are desktop components, won't work on your notebook.

For your RAM, you are looking for SoDimms DDR PC2700.

For the GPU, you need to contact Dell or check eBay. As far as I know, the 9200 can be upgraded to the ATI 9700 max.

Does Dell support upgrading GPU (sell you one?). And also explain to me so I get it right, more than MXM the card has to fit? I don't know so if you explain would help, thanks.

As Cori says some Dells can be upgraded, in this case IF it can it'll be a 9700 max, which is still a good card!

Dell has a reverse MXM proprietary video format, so only the video cards they produce for a certain unit can be upgraded(or downgraded).
