Will this memory

go into this computer:
2ghz 15.4 inch MacBook Pro?
Sorry I don't know how to tell if it can fit. It's the cheapest of the 3 kinds of new MacBook Pro's that they are selling by the way.

No, it is not. I'm pretty sure that it is not the right sort of RAM. This is the RAM you want:

Yes, technically, but the MBP runs a different speed of memory (PC2 5300 667MHz instead of PC2 4200 533MHz) so there may be a compatability prolem. As far as I know, most core duo motherboards are compatible with both speeds. I would still advise going with 667MHz though.

Thanks Lil Mayz =), So I just buy 2 of those and get that will get me 2g of Ram right?
ric, ya lost me.... sorry i'm so stupid heh. MBP? and so if you advise the "PC2 5300 667MHz" where can I get it? I not quite sure what that means. Sorry. -
he's just saying that the RAM you looked at on new egg might be compatable, but it might not be, so to be on the safe side, go with the Kingston RAM I recommended you. They are a reputable company.
How much RAM you need is up to what you actually use your laptop for. If you are gaming, then 2GB is highly recommended. But if you just do stuff like Microsoft Office/iWork/watching movies/music then 1 GB is sufficient.
If you do want 2GB and you've got 1 GB in your laptop already then don't buy
2 sticks of RAM. If you want 1 GB and you have 512 MB, then don't get another stick of 512MB. Just sell your 512MB and get the 1GB RAM stick. It will be cheaper.
I'm really sorry, this is a yes or no question though
