Which would be better the i3-370M with a Radeon HD550V or a i5-460M without a video card for a person who is not a gamer and only watches youtube videos?

i5. The integrated will be good enough for YouTube, and you can always benefit from a better CPU, for everyday use.

Either one would be fine, I would go with whatever is cheaper, since it sounds like your needs are not too intensive.

Do you care at all about battery life? Radeon HD550V is a rebranded Mobility HD4650. That discreet GPU will dramatically decrease battery life vs Core i5.

There will not be a perceptible difference between the i3-370M and the i5-460M in terms of processing power for your tasks.

Tsunade Hime makes a great point about power usage; the ATI card will generate significantly more heat than the integrated Intel graphics.

I have an i5 processor with integrated graphics in one of my laptops, it has no problems with YouTube HD videos and the like. My suggestion is to stick with the i5 processor and integrated graphics.
