    ICS954305
    CK410M+
My only job is to disconnect FS_B / TEST_MODE pin from PCB and connect it via a resistor to ground?

Of course it is (to help each other). Just that this isn't my area of expertise... saw that no one had replied since the 4th of this month and thought I might do the small bit I can (a free 'bump') to help out. :)

If you need to GND a pin then it will have a resistive pull-up on board. You just need to hard short it to GND and it will overpower the resistive pull-up. It's not the proper way to do it, but it's much easier and works.

The proper way requires finding and removing the pull-up resistor, then rerouting it to GND.

    Hi
Here You have part of schematic for Your laptop. Like You see to force 166MHz FSB You have to make FSB=1 it means logic level high. It can be done by lifting the FSB leg number 45 from the PCB and connecting it through 10k resistor to 3.3V source on the motherboard, or cutting trace leading to this leg and soldering like I said before resistor. If You cpuld uplode clear hi res photo of the clocken on the motherboard I could help You with that.

Thank you for your help i already made it! I connected to 3.3v without resistor and bios sees 2ghz but os sees 1ghz and multiplier locked to6x

How did You connected it? On the PLL itself? Did You cut the trace leading to the connected point?
According to the schematics FSB signal from cpu is given to the PLL and chipset without any resistors on its way. If 3.3V being connected on the the PLL itself it's basically that's same like doing socket BSEL mod. That's why chipset lock multi on 6 because signal high is going to the PLL and chipset as well. It has to by high on the PLL but remain low on the nortbridge side.

I've already cutted trace ,lifted the pin and then connected to 3.3v
