So my current laptop that I actually use on the go is still my q550lf and it puts out a rocking sound thanks to its sonicmaster subwoofer. However it is getting a little long in the tooth and I will eventually slide it over for my current desktop replacement msi ge72vr when I decide I want to upgrade it. Aside from being a little bigger, the ge72vr built in sound leaves abit to be desired even with its built in bottom firing "sub" speaker.

So has anyone who ask for a little more out of your laptops sound found any really good speakers that are not only just as portable as the laptop, but either mount the lcd or set on the side with small footprints?
