    Generally, can you install tray loading DVD drive in a notebook that has slot loading DVD drive? Will the frame of the notebook prevent the tray loading drive to be installed?

    I suppose it depends on the notebook, but generally, I think the frame will prevent the tray-loading drive from being installed.
