I have a Gigabit switch connected with 2 desktops and 1 NAS, and all of them support jumbo frame (currently MTU is set to 4500, which gives almost 50% transfer rate compared with the default MTU=1500 case). However since neither NICs on my Lenovo T60 and X61 supports jumbo frame, I will have to turn off JF on all the other two desktops and NAS if I want to connect the laptops onto the same switch and transfer data between the laptops and other machines, which is very annoying.

Can anyone recommend a Core 2 Duo Laptop that comes with a 14"(or smaller) LCD, weight less than 6lb and has an integrated NIC that supports jumbo frame? A PCMCIA NIC that supports jumbo frame will also fix my problem. Thanks! :D
