Can I add the mSATA SSD drive in the T420 and just use it as additional storage? Any special configuration needed?
My primary HD is 160GB SSD. I am just looking for additional on-board storage without using the media bay.

    Thanks!

It will take a mSata, but unless it has dual bays, I believe you can only change out the 160gb ssd for the 310.

The mSata slot is in addition to the regular HHD bay.
