Good review, it's about what I expected though I'm still not ready to jump on board at normal prices until we see them go for a while and show that Intel reliable still lives.

+rep for a nice find too (when I can give again)

Well, I've had absolutely, 100% no issue with the 330 so far. Certainly love the speeds, but until I can get a workload that'll take advantage of that, everyday usage feels the same as with my 320.
@jaug: Thanks! -
Nice review! Thanks. Please keep us informed down the line as it gets more full so we can see if the new FW repeats the Intel reliability. And +1.

(For reference, I few I only needed to backup from my 320 for ~4 months or do, depending on when I bothered to). -

Thanks for the hard work doing the review.Best of luck with the 330.
A few things I noticed.
Anvil Storage Utilities ran using 100% incompressible data setting.Sandforce better benched using 0-Fill.Your low score is because of it and the drive is the boot drive with data on it.
When Anvil Storage Utilities goes Final during the summer there will be a paid and a free version according to a post yesterday by Anvil on another site's forums.RC2 was just released.
Reviews normally have CrystalDiskMark scores on Sanforce SSDs using 0-Fill as you did and the default (randow) 100% incompressible data.
This is the 1st CrystalDiskMark score I've seen using 1Fill.
The 5 year warranty that's on the 520 series and 320 series is only 3 years on the 330 series. -
So far everything's going well with the drive. No failures, BSOD, issues on wake, anything. 639GB of writes so far, 571GB read.

Still running strong and flawless, though I'm still waiting for my rebate T_T
