The T5750 will be significantly faster than the amd tl-60. The intel will also run cooler, as its core architecture is more advanced than that of the turion processor.
The turion processors undervolt better than the core 2 based processors, so the amd may run cooler in an undervolted state.

The F8 has the technically better cpu as K-Tron says, it'll also be smaller and has a newer HD3650 graphics card. I'd say that's worth $100.
