I believe all T2050 are essentially the same, so you don't need to search by part numbers.

And the T2050 is still current, so it wouldn't be listed on a legacy site.

Simply search 'T2050' and that should do it.

I tried searching for T2050 on intel.com, it comes up with nothing.

all the core duo`s on the intel site are 667mhz bus and this ones an 533mhz.

    thanks anyway.

I've googled it. No references to intel's own site but plenty in laptops. Looks like 1.6GHz, 2MB L2, 533? MHz fsb?

Dunno why it's not on the intel site.

What information are you looking for exactly? I found a PDF on Intel's site that lists the technical info for the T2050 processor.

    Name: Intel® Core™ Duo processor T2050
    Process: 65 nm
    Cache: 2MB L2 Cache
    Clock speed: 1.60 GHz
Front Side Bus speed: 533 MHz
    Number of cores: 2
    Intel Virtualization Technology: No
    Hyper Threading Technology: No
    Enhanced Intel SpeedStep: Yes
    Intel 64: No
    Execute Disable: Yes

    Hope this helps.

It's not some obscure processor or anything. I have one, several of my friends have one, and it's still found in many notebooks today.

And why didn't you look into the information of the processor before you bought it?

Anyways, the information I have listed is from Intel.com. That info is reliable.

I did look in to the compatibility before i bought it, as i started a number of threads on the subject.

but it was great value at £43, and i should get £20 at least for my celeron-m 1.6 420.

    thanks.

    John.

The T2050 and the T5200 both turn up nothing on intel's site. They are OEM only procs, which are not available in the market.
