says that my smart features on my ssd are disabled and won't allow me to run the ssd optimizer tool or schedule a scan? I'm using the standard windows drivers for now as even with the intel chipset drivers installed, it was still giving me the same error?

crystaldisk info/mark and ssdlife all are able to read the smart info though?

driver issue? if so, why would it happen even with the intel drivers?

nevermind. i got it figured out. had to do with the marvel esata driver i had installed.

edit: 4k read/write speeds went down by a fraction. ~1MB/s across 4k and 4kQD32 but sequential and 512k speeds went up. whatever, ill compromise.
