I saw reference to the Intel T2060 CPU in the specs of versions of the Sony N series and the Samsung R40. A search of the Intel web site reveals nothing.
The specs of the VGN-N220E/W state:
Processor
Type : Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core processor T2060
Speed : 1.60GHz
Front Side Bus Speed : 533MHz
L2 Cache : 1MB
So the T2060 seems to be a T2050 with only 1MB cache. And I thought the numbering was meant to be indicative of performance - higher numbers = faster CPUs!
Does anyone know better?

I've never heard of a CD T2060. My sister has a T2050 and it has 2MB of cache for each core. The entire Core Duo, Core 2 Duo, and even the "old" Pentium M have 2MB of cache. My P4 has 1MB of cache, so there you go.

That's really interesting. I've never heard of the T2060 either; if it is not a typo, then it's another budget Core Duo. It won't show up on Intel's roadmap; the T2050, T2250, and T5200 didn't either.
Well, if the T2060 does exist, it is odd. -
