My laptop is in my sig. Would it be able to work with an Intel X9000 processor? Also, if so, where can I buy 1?

Yes it will but the x9000 wouldnt be a good choice for an upgrade due to many reasons.

Heat being the main one. You laptop would run great, for ten seconds, and then it would melt.

+ the overclocking options won't show up in the BIOS, you' ll have to OC via software. (OCing is otherwise a bad idea)
If you don't want to OC, get the T9300....(And it'll be hard for you to find a cheap non-ES X9000 on EBay)
