Does anyone know if Intel or Samsung plan on releasing new msata ssd's this year?

The 310 isn't too old, but I'm hoping for something faster at some point this year. While the performance of the 80gb 310 is pretty good, I don't need that size; at the same time the 40gb seems to be pretty slow in random and sequential writes so it's out.

Samsung released a 64gb msata ssd to OEM's (Dell) at the beginning of last year, but it's even slower in write.

Typically the larger drives tend to have faster writes so you may have to go with a larger drive to get reasonable speed.
