I am going to buy a notebook and I'm wondering wich processors are best Intel's or AMD. Am specifically interested in Intel T7300/7500 and AMD TL-58/60

Intel currently has the best processors for performance and power savings in a notebook. Saying that, I suggest going with Intel for your processor.
Likewise, I suggest the Intel T7300, as it has the best price/performance ratio of the new T7x00 line. Unless you'll be doing tasks that are processor dependent (video/audio editing, etc), at which point the T7500 would be a better choice. -
Would you give 350$ extra for an upgrade from AMD TL-58 to Intel T7300 and an upgrade from Geforce 8400 GS to ATI mobility radeon HD 2300?
Seems a bit much -
I would not, a very very small group of people might notice and appreciate the faster CPU but most will do little or nothing that pushes either one of these. The 8400m GS is a little more powerful than X2300. $350 for me is not worth it. 8400 is DX10 X2300 DX9.

In terms of processors, both AMD and Intel deliver. I believe your choice will come down to GPUs, in which Intel has the clear advantage. (Unless all you need is a nVidia 8400GS, and wait for HP to roll out their new AMD refresh).

$350 is not worth the upgrade, it is too much,
you will see very little performance on normal - medium usage -
intel is better than AMD.

are you really serious in borrowing money from another member?
Anyways, Intel processors are better than AMD at the moment, so go with Intel. They're faster and more power efficient for now. -
Just go with whatever's cheaper. Honestly the differences aren't that great as far as real world every day computing is concerned. Dont fall into the numbers game.

The Core 2 Duos are not worth $350 over a top line AMD X2, not by a long shot. They are more powerful, but not that significantly. Adding the 8400M GS over the ATi X2300 makes it a bit more worth it, maybe a judgement call, depending on what gaming performance you really want. -

You can make some extrapolations on the comparative performance using the data at Tom's Hardware mobile CPU charts. I am sure that the speed difference will be noticeable, provided you use a stop watch, but without one you would probably not notice the difference.
