I just got my new Clevo 370SSwith a clean SSD and installed Windows 7 64bit from scratch and im bit in the dark if I got all the drivers I need.
Also do I need intel's rapid storage driver for my single SSD? Do I need firmware for it as well?

It depends, the Windows AHCI driver is already pretty good and basically rock stable. The main use for IRST is if you want to go RAID0 with the SSDs (which In think your machine can).

AFA Firmware I would check the manuf.'s site. I have only used intel and sandisk & both offer Toolboxes that make it easy to verify the current revision. Good luck with the new Clevo!
I have RST installed and it also shows FW revision if you do not need any toolboxes.
What Brand SSD did you get?

Intel RST gave me a performance boost over the standard MS AHCI driver. I would give it a try. If it causes instability, it's easy enough to roll back to the previous driver.

As far as firmware, it would help if we knew what SSD you have.

Another nod to the latest RST version your platform can support (7 series chipsets and up currently can use v12.9 or 13.1, depending on the notebook).

Not the best scoring in benchmarks, but easily the best performing in real world workloads (any real world workload).

Crucial offers firmware updates in the form of an .iso that you can use to make a CD or flash drive in order to do a firmware update. However, if you're not having any issues with your drive, there's no need to update.
