    i have a Lenovo 300 N100 with interl wireless built-in

and i got this card in the link below for free , which they claim that it supports MIMO and WMM for better range and mutlimedia playback

so will this card be really that better than the intel , so i shall use it , or i better go sell it for anything and keep using the intel's chipset

I would just sell it. In my experience, the Intel Wireless Chips are fantastic and are far more reliable and better than external wireless cards.

Just use the Intel chip, it will do the job probably better.

As with speed, if you are just using them for Internet, then you wont notice any speed difference at all. If you are transferring files wirelessly of Many Gigabytes, then the MIMO chip might be faster.

I personally just dislike having PCMCIA thingies hanging out of my notebook. I'd get the Intel internal card, and only if you need the MIMO and such should you plug that card in. There's no law against having multiple network interfaces on a machine ;)
