Hi, I have a HP dv6000 notebook with Windows XP Media Center and Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 950 video card.

It seems that there is a problem between the software I am running (Blender 2.45) and this video card. (Drop-down submenus don't show on the screen.)

    I have two questions:

I looked for an updated driver at the intel website, but couldn't find any. Is there another place I can look? (I assume not.)

Is there anything else I can do, short of getting a new notebook? (It seems that this particular video card is embedded...)

Any suggestions or pointers are appreciated!

Is this the page you are looking for? Check the FAQs then follow the link to this driver which is less than 1 month old.

I think this is what he's looking for, but it is indeed a part of the 945 chipsets.

John's driver looks to be the right one, though, and if you want to upgrade that IGP, there is absolutely nothing you can do. Period.
