    They manage overclocking themselves. Turbo-Boost is in effect "over-clocking".

    If ATI comes with No.1 Stuff then Nvidia will torture their engineers to comeup with something to beat ATI. So, what I believe is, its upto the ATI guys.lol

    can someone tell me what's so great about having the gpu on 1 die as opposed to 2 dies? what does this do besides intel saving on production costs?

    With Arrandale the gpu is on one die, with Sandy Bridge the gpu is added to the same die as the cpu and shrunk to 32nm. This means efficiency in things like bus speeds plus heat reductions and smaller space taken up allowing smaller and slimmer computers.
