I have a Gateway ML6227b notebook which doesn't have bluetooth. I'd like to install an internal bluetooth module (so I don't have to use a USB port which are already overcrowed with memory sticks, mobile broadband adaptors, etc...).
There is a button on the keyboard for switching bluetooth on/off, suggesting that this is a common chassis used for bluetooth enable models and therefore there may be a space inside to locate a bluetooth modile.
Does anybody have any idea how I might go about purchasing and installing a suitable module?
thanks
Ian

Yes I did! Sorry about that - I'm new to this forum and couldn't find my original post so I assuned it hadn't worked. Thanks for your reply - I'll open it up and have a look.

The easiest way is to get a Dell 370 bluetooth minicard and pop it into one of your empty mini pci slots.
