Hi, can anyone please tell me how to reformat my Iomega 500GB HDD to FAT32?

Apparently Vista Business doesn't have any software built in to do this so I need third party stuff, I've downloaded a 30 day trial of Acronis True Image but I've no idea how to use it! Apparently my drive is NTFS and it needs to be FAT32 for my xbox 360 to be able to read it.

    Thanks in advance
