Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong forum.

My sisters has an Ipod 4GB, and to put music on it, I have always used Real Player to take music off, and put music on.

Just recently, I plugged in her Ipod, and nothing happened. Itunes won't detect that it is plugged in, my computer wont detect that it's plugged in, and neither will Real Player. And the Ipod itself does not show it is plugged in (no "Do not disconnect") and it is not charging either.

My Ipod however, says that it is plugged in, Itunes detects it, so does Real Player.

But if I use my other laptop, the Ipod shows that it is plugged in, Itunes detects that it is plugged in, but Real Player will not.

Can anyone direct me on what I should do?
