I am goin To buy One DELL Inspiron-1525 laptop( core 2 duo t8100,2.1ghz,3mb cache and 3Gb RAM).
It has Intel Mobile GM965 Chipset. Does It support Intel Flex Technogy??

I know that for desktops, Intel G965 supports Intel Flex Technlogy (frm intel website).
But for laptops, Mobile Intel GM 965 , its not specifically mentioned on intel website.

If what youre asking is, "can you mismatch memory brands"
    The answer is yes.
You can use what ever size/brand of memory which you like in your laptop.
Your laptop uses PC5300 DDR2 Sodimm memory, and supports a maximum of 4Gb, which is (2 x 2Gb)

The Flex Technology just refers to running memory in asymmetric dual channel. You can run asymmetric dual channel on all the 960/965 mobile chipsets, and on most older chipsets as well (though I never knew Intel actually put a name to it).
