Well I am wanting to upgrade the RAM in my girlfriends Dell Inspiron M5010 Laptop from 3GB to 8GB.
According to Critical's website it can either run the following:
DDR3 PC3-10600
Or
DDR3 PC3-12800
After looking around I came across a Black Friday sale on DDR3 PC3-10666 RAM.
From my research I am getting mixed opinions about these 2 comparing.
I have heard they are not compatible with each other.
And I have also heard they are the same exact RAM but just renamed.
So the final question is:
Will DDR3 PC3-10666 204-Pin Ram work in my Dell Inspiron M5010?
Thanks alot!

Don't worry, any DDR3 SODIMM will work, including that one. 10600 is the same as 10666.

Those two are exactly the same, 10600 versus 10666 versus 10660 are all just the result of a somewhat non-standard naming scheme.

Thanks alot for the fast responses!
I went on ahead and ordered it.
Not bad for $29.99 shipped!

Is DDR3 PC3-10600 Compatible with PC3-10666? (RAM)
