I have just find out the little bright green pixel on my screen is not a dead pixel. Also, I find out that it can be fixed by software or physically. Unluckily, I have a y510a that has a protective screen thing and is quite soild. Therefore, I am not able to try to fix it physically.

I just want to ask is a Stuck pixel really repairable?

A stuck pixel, not a dead pixel, can be fixed most of the time. However, it cannot be guaranteed by the software method alone. You could try applications such as:
    http://udpix.free.fr/ or http://www.jscreenfix.com/

Ideally you would want to be able to rub/tap the stuck pixel physically.

I have had a stuck pixel on my dell inspiron 8500.
After a week, it really started to piss me off, since it was stuck in the green color.
I simply swirled my finger around the pixel for about 6 cycles, and it somehow fixed the pixel.
I was very happy that it was fixed, since I did not want to have to replace the screen for one pixel.

Good luck, dont press too hard
