Some of the laptop skins that xoticpc puts on look amazing, but it costs like $90 even on a sale. Is it worth it?

Hell no! You can get one on ebay for 5 USD. Damn I wake up and I see such a cheap way to scam people.
I have carbon fiber on my clevo for only 5 euros.

we just buy bulk rolls usually for automotive decals and then apply and cut them ourselves. dementions don't matter as you can get it 24" wide and up to 300' long.

use a hair dryer to heat up and wrap corners and have a steady hand for doing your final cuts. its more of a case of if you like DIY and how much your time is worth to you.

ak...I can sell you more land in Siberia for cheaper then that.... *sarcasm*....don't even fall for it. You be better saving that money for a replacement laptop. There are things more important to laptop then that skin... aka... more RAM, Bigger HDD/SSD.....would do more for you bottom line then the skin will ever do all that will do is take skin off your back....

Hahaha man, thanks for the advice! I actually found out a seller in my local area who makes skins for less than $4. Will probably save up the $90 for the steam sale! Can't wait for the black friday sales.
