Is an MSI gt70 dragon strong enough to support a 250ohm headphone(dt990 pro)?

Got a rebranded one and even though it's as big as a truck I'm afraid it might not be big enough to handle it.

Also for some reason this one has a realtek high definition audio on the sound profile in dxdiag, is that even a good soundcard? would suck if I paid 200$ for headphones that got bottlenecked by my laptop('s ty soundcard);.

Realtek soundcards are gaming cards/consumer playback cards. And you will need a headphone amplifier. No way around it.

Yeah I guess the built in soundchips are a joke and the laptop is too low powered. I decided to get a dac/amp to go along with it.

Not so much a joke as most built in PC sound solutions don't drive high impedance headphones very well. And the Beyer Dynamic headphones are favorites of mine. I own the DT 990 Pro myself (I use them for broadcast work and studio use as a reference headphone)
