What do you think of this tweak:"
Disable NTFS Compression:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > FileSystem
In the window that appears, change "0" value to "1", then click OK to disable NTFS compression.
I am about to format and install Windows 7 and wanted your opinion on this as I did find some folders in my C: partition in blue as if they were compressed

Since you're going to format and (it seems) like you're doing a clean install; it doesn't matter if you apply this 'tweak' or not.

Thanks man, I still did this tweak and I also disabled NTFS encryption just to be on the safe side. NTFS Last Access stamp was disabled by default by Windows as its value was 1
Is disabling NTFS Compression a good tweak for SSDs?
