Can anyone suggest which specs to look for and which would be the best and most reliable?

The Asus 1000HE can only take DDR2 200pin SO-DIMM ram up to speeds of 667mhz.

I'd personally go with THIS ram since that's the max amount the 1000HE can support.

I noticed the 4gb sticks are like $400... but I'm sure will be $40 sooner or later, will they work in the 1000HE? will it noticeably improve performance?
