I ordered my HP notebook without an internal bluetooth, which I now deeply regret. Since I'll definitely be using a mouse, and there are only 2 usb ports on the laptop, the only way to save that usb port is to use bluetooth mouse. I can no longer cancel my order since the order status now says it's being built. I'll feel guilty if I return the laptop just because I myself forgot to configure in a bluetooth. Is there anyway for me to install an internal bluetooth myself? If so, will be really complicated? Also, if possible, is there a tutorial anywhere that teaches how?
*It is a dv2700t

Not sure, but I do know there is a bluetooth module that plugs into the motherboard. Not sure if your board has a free socket to plug into.
But if it does, i'm pretty sure it's a simple plug and play.

I was in the same position with an HP laptop. When I asked, HP gave a price over $60 for the bluetooth module. Instead, I bought the following micro-USB adapter by Cirago. It is easy to install; just plug in, Vista finds the drivers itself. It is small enough to leave always on the laptop. Works perfect and it is only $20.
