    Hello to everybody:

This page is the only one who has the battery that I need for my old laptop. But I´ve seen some reviews that say that I must avoid it:

Kingbattery reviews | Customer reviews of Kingbattery

So I don´t know what to think. I know that always there are unhappy users, but in this case I´m not sure if it´s only that the question.

What do you think? Any experience?

Thank you very much and best regards.

PS: sorry for my bad english.

Most of us try to obtain their batteries from the OEM if possible to avoid duds. That said, i did order a G73JH battery from China on eBay to replace my dead one and it seems to be the real thing, there is no warranty void sticker on it, but so far it's been performing up to what a genuine battery would and the specs match so if it's a fake, it looks like it's a good one. In the end it's always a gamble when it comes to buying batteries that don't come from the OEM or a reseller that you asked to custom order one. Just going by the bad reviews, i'd avoid it, when there are bad reviews it's usually a sign of trouble.

That being said, there are a few tricks you can use, check the site itself for anything fishy, look up their street address (if they don't have one it's a bad sign) on google and find what's actually there. Look for those kind of signs, it's a a good way to do a preliminary assessment as to whether the store is legit or not. Also check out the phone number. Lastly, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Also, what notebook are you talking about?

Not really. Flip a coin which is about as good as it gets. I know that sounds trite, but that's the nature of the battery business. No one other than the OEM (who will charge you) wants to stand by them.

If its any consolation though, they're all made in China.

Hello, thank you very much for your comments. The problem is that the battery for my laptop (LG p310) is not in stock in anyplace. I've asked tó LG and a lot of web pages and they tell that they don't have it. A month ago the se guys of kingbattery.co.uk told me that they could reach it and a few days ago they sent me an e-Mail telling me that now they have it.

And now I'm thinking if trust in them or not...

thank you very much and best regards.

Unfortunately, that's one of the biggest problems I have with ebay: the photo and the product don't always match. The picture shows one part, and you get another. Hopefully, you will get an honest dealer and this will not be the case, in your case. My experience has been 7.5 out of 10. Yours may be better.

I hope that, thanks. I have asked for new photos, and it´s difficult find photos in the Internet like I want them.

But there is a fact: they always have answered my e-mails very, very fast, and now I´m not having answer. Bad vibrations.

    Best regards.
