I understand that PnP memory lets you avoid updating your BIOS but how exactly does it do that? And is it worth the extra $$$?

    Thanks,
    D.

IMHO all of today's memory is PnP. Any seller asking more for a PnP module is dishonest.

PnP is a confusing term. They just need to state speeds with XMP profile and with JEDEC so you know what you're getting.
