    Is there any way to increase loading time on programs without buying a SSD

    SSDs are just too expensive and dont have much memory. Is there another way?

    I think you mean decrease load times. :p

    Getting a faster HDD if you have a slow one or a momentus XT are your best bet. I'd go for the momentus XT, but it won't speed up everything and the speed increase won't be all that noticeable if you jump from a recent HDD to another recent slightly faster HDD.

    yeah, decrease lol


    how bout from a 5400 rpm to a 7200 rpm, will the difference be noticable?

    and are there any other ways, that dont involve hard drives

    also, how much is the momentus XT, it looks good, but doesnt say the price.

    The 750GB Momentus XT should be around the $170 mark i think, check on e-tailer's website for your country.
