Inspirion 1501 and here are the specs:

    AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology TK-53
    Genuine Windows® XP Home
15.4 inch Wide Screen XGA Display with TrueLife™(glossy)
    1GB DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz, 2 Dimm
Size: 120GB SATA Hard Drive (5400RPM)
    8X CD/DVD Burner (DVD+/-RW) with double-layer DVD+R write capability
    ATI RADEON® Xpress1150 256MB HyperMemory™ (Integrated)

I'm wondering if it can handle games like Age of Empires III, Warcraft III, Age of Mythology, Civ 4, and other RTS games. :)

The graphics card should be sufficient for older games - perhaps AOE3 - but not CIV4. CIV4 is surprisingly graphics intensive for a turn-based game.

Those games? Should not be much of a problem.

You should be able to run all these games, however performance on Civ 4 will be low.

Thanks fellas I went ahead and ordered one and even found a better deal by doing a Google search. It led me back to Dells website and I saved an extra $100 but it comes with a 80GB instead of the 120GB but no real biggie, 80GB is plenty.

So total cost for the laptop excluding tax was $449 and it comes with free shipping :D
